A Roof Master Restoration Consultant will come to your home for a free inspection. We’ll take photos of the damage to the exterior and interior of your roof as well as gutters, siding, fences, etc.

Using the photos, we explain what the storm damage has done to your property and provide various solutions to you. We will provide a complete scope of work.
Insurance Claim + Adjuster Meeting
Homeowner submits an insurance claim. Then, we meet the adjuster at your property as a Lubbock roofing contractor to ensure that no damage goes unnoticed.
Finalize Scope of Work + Get Started
We confirm the Insurance Estimate (this is the insurance company’s scope of work) and then start restoring your roof!
Review Completed Work + Bill the Insurance Company
We perform a post-work inspection to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Then, we submit invoices and photos directly to the insurance company on your behalf to ensure you pay nothing more than your deductible.
Who You’ll Work With
Senior Restoration Consultant
Shaun Carr
Shaun is the Senior Restoration Consultant at Roof Master where he leads the team of restoration consultants in assessing hail restoration claims and advising customers on the best roofing solutions for their needs. Shaun is a third generation roofer with experience in everything from architectural shingles to metal roof systems and specialty products, such as Duro-Last membrane systems for flat roof applications. He has over 20 years of experience and knowledge and has been with Roof Master since 2018.
Shaun was born and raised in Lubbock Tx. After graduating from New Deal HS he attended South Plains College and Wayland Baptist University on a golf scholarship. He is still a competitive golfer and is a two-time city champ. His other hobbies include hunting, listening to live local music and spending time with my family and friends. Shaun lives in the area with his wife Teresa, their three kids and three dogs. The entire family attends, has graduated from or works at Lubbock ISD.
Claims and Installation Coordinator
Megan is a Claims and Installation Coordinator at Roof Master. She makes sure that projects run smoothly for our customers by assisting them with their insurance paperwork and communicating updates to our project schedules.
Megan has lived in Lubbock since early childhood. In addition to her husband and three dogs, she spends time with her very large family. After work, she likes to find new shows to binge watch and eat her favorite Chinese food.
Restoration Specialist
Jeff Hensley
As a Restoration Specialist, Jeff goes to residential and commercial properties and assesses damage caused by storms or anything else. He helps customers work with their insurance agency on the claim process and is happy to help restore each property to its original undamaged state. Jeff has been in the roofing industry for more than five years and has worked at Roof Master for the past three. One of his favorite projects was helping to restore the roof of a beautiful historic home on 19th Street across from the Texas Tech campus.
Jeff was born and raised in West Texas and has lived in Lubbock for the past 13 years. He wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! Jeff attended University of Texas Pan American on a golf scholarship and continues to enjoy golfing as well as spending time with his wife and two sons who are Irish twins.
